Overview
In November 2008 Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd (MMAL) agreed to novate its existing Managed Services Agreement to the Managed Services Division of CSG Limited providing ICT infrastructure support for both interstate regional offices.
Customer Requirements
MMAL’s requirements were for a service provider who could provide a comprehensive range of ICT support services including service desk, Intel based mail and file and print systems, local and wide area network, Voice over IP, IT Asset Management. MMAL also needed a service provider that would be flexible enough to adapt to MMAL’s changing business requirements associated with the dynamic nature of changes within the automotive industry.
Our Solution
Our solution was based on the provision of a combination of onsite and offsite resources providing both ongoing support and project work in order to meet MMAL's overall requirements. Succesfully utilising our customer centric approach our service delivery team has provided support to the MMAL business and has changed its business model in response to changes in the Australian and global automotive industry.
